This rally was originally organized in response to an anti-refugee rally taking place at the same time. It is now clear that our pro-Syrian refugee rally will be far larger, attracting more than 1,000 people from across the state. We cannot let fear and misunderstanding force us to compromise our principles and to turn our backs on people who are suffering immesley due to war and terrorism.
