Join this pencils-down, interactive poetry and creative writing workshop to release your inner self, your stifled creativity, to find a positive outlet, a way to “unclench the fist” and breathe. This two session workshop, led by poet, performer and educator Elizabeth Thomas, is open to all ages and abilities.
