We may will to our heirs grandma’s rocking chair, but it can be much more meaningful to leave behind a legacy of stories that illustrate who we are and what we care about, perhaps most especially how we live our UU values. The Guided Autobiography helps both writers and non-writers tell good stories using a series of short, fun exercises. The process is rich with self-discovery, humor and history. Commitment to all five sessions is strongly encouraged. Contact: Dr. Judy Robbins, UU psychologist, [email protected]
