The UUS:E Mental Health Ministry welcomes the state of Connecticut’s Health Care Advocate, Vicki Veltri. Vicki is a dynamic and energetic speaker who will talk about challenges and solutions for Connecticut when it comes to mental health services. She will also discuss other aspects of current health care reform efforts in Connecticut.
