Pumpkin Patch Trolley Ride with Pizza Party

Join us for some family-friendly Fall fun! We’ll start at the CT Trolley Museum in East Windsor for a trolley ride out to the Pumpkin Patch, where the kids can pick a pumpkin. We can also check out the fire engines and museum. Then we’ll caravan to the Klees’ home (15 minutes away) for a pizza and pumpkin decorating party. Just to be clear, we’ll eat the pizza, not decorate it. See the web site for more details: www.ct-trolley.org. Saturday, October 19 at 2:30 PM. Rain date: Sat. Oct. 26 Space for three families.

Walking Tour of Downtown Hartford & Picnic

Architectural, Historical and Anecdotal Walking Tour of Downtown Hartford conducted by Roland Klee, a city planner in Hartford for 20+ years and one of its biggest fans. We’ll start on Main Street and finish with a picnic in Bushnell Park (provided). Saturday, May 4, 2013 Rain date to be mutually agreed upon. 10 places, geared towards adults.

An Evening with Roland The Trumpet Man – Upclose and Personal

Come and enjoy an evening with Roland Chirico who will show and tell more than you ever imagined about the trumpet. Performance of trumpet favorites and theme songs with some vocals and sing-alongs. Delicious desserts and refreshments will be served.  Donated by The Knapps and Roland Chirico.
