Silent Auction
The Silent Auction opens for online bidding on Monday, April 24 at 8 AM and runs through Friday, May 5 at 10 PM at fundraiser.bid/uubid.
Auction Website Registration
You need to register in order to bid on anything, both online and at the live event.
Click “Register” on the top menu bar and follow the prompts.
Note: Creating a password is optional in the system but we highly recommend that you create one. If you don’t, it will assign a PIN that you will have to use.
About Credit Cards: You can store a credit card during registration if that is how you plan to pay. This will make checkout and invoicing really easy for everyone involved. We will also accept a personal check as payment and you will have the option to pay by credit card and enter that information when you receive your invoice.
Bid High and Often!
You can start bidding at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 24 at fundraiser.bid/uubid! The online auction will close at 10 p.m. on May 5. Be sure to check back to make sure you haven’t been outbid.
Live Event
Join us on Saturday, May 6 from 2-4 PM on the meetinghouse grounds for our Live Auction, Cookie Competition and Basket Raffle. (Rain Date: May 13) There will be fun for all! Socialize, try some cookies, bid on some unique treasures!
Live Auction and Exclusive Silent Auction Items
Places at dinners offered by members and the fabulous live auction items like Rev. Josh’s sermon will only be available at the live event. You can preview all of these offerings under the “Live Events” tab at fundraiser.bid/uubid.
If you cannot go to the live event but want to bid on something, just ask a friend! Your proxy can get your bidder number from us at the registration table at the live event (or register you if you haven’t already) and your bill will go to directly to you.
For the Kids
There will be a Kids Bid Table with items capped at $10 for kids to bid on. There will also be crafts and activities! And supervision for the kids while the adults go to the Live Auction.
Cookie Competition
UUS:E’s Famous Cookie Competition will be held at the live event. Yummy. Sample as many as you want and vote for your favorite! Bragging rights and a beautiful UUS:E Master Cookie Baker Apron are up for grabs for the winners!
Be green! Bring your water bottle to fill!
