- ½ cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes*
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped but still crumbly. Store in refrigerator for up to a month.
*Be sure the nutritional yeast flakes have Vitamin B12 added. That is one nutrient that vegans have to add to their diet as plants don’t make it.
