Introduction to Unitarian Universalism

Especially for newcomers and visitors: It’s free and fun!

Would you like to know more about Unitarian Universalism and Unitarian Universalist Society: East?

Upcoming Session: Unitarian Universalist Chalice

  • September 20, 1-3 PM

The Rev. Josh leads a seminar where you will learn more about the UU faith tradition, including a brief history and background of our theology and UUS:E. It provides a great opportunity to meet others who are interested in finding out more about Unitarian Universalism, share our stories about what brings us together and to find out how to get involved in the life of our society.

Our next Zoom virtual Intro to UU class will be held on Sunday, September 20 from 1 to 3 PM.

To register for this class, please contact Annie Gentile at 860-646-5151 or uuseoffice@uuse.org.

There’s no cost or obligation. Please RSVP by Thursday noon, September 17, 2020.

If you have any questions about UUS:E, please contact our Membership Co-Chairs, Sylvia Ounpuu or Carolyn Gimbrone at membership@uuse.org or Rev. Josh Pawelek at 860-652-8961, or minister@uuse.org.

The Intro class is a prerequisite to becoming a member of UUS:E. Sessions are held several times a year. To register, please contact Annie at the church office, 860-646- 5151, or email the office, uuseoffice@uuse.org

For those interested but unable to attend, additional sessions will be held in the upcoming months. Sometimes the program is presented over two evenings, and sometimes as a half-day on Saturday or Sunday.
